The best hotel which I have ever had in my life!! Specially personel who was really professional, helpful in each time, full of smile and really and truly nice! One of the best things of the hotel, was localization. Aloe is situated literaly 1 minute far away from beach. Wholeheartedly I recommend this place.

The Location was great, close to the old town, but not there, so we enjoyed the old town, but did not get all the noise from it. The sea view from the room was very nice. The room and the terrace were very clean The best was the hotel manager; Leftaris, who was in charge of everything and besides that was very kind and friendly to all guests and ready to help in anyway.

The hotel has a good location very close to the beach and in walking distance of the city center. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The seaview and free wifi in the rooms are also positive factors.. I would stay here again if I came back to Rethymnon!

very good location - close to the sandy beach, walking distance from Rethymno centre. staff very helpful and attentive. our apartment was very spacious, clean, with AC in all rooms and 2 big balkonies, all kitchen equipment. more then we expected :)

well, i enjoyed nice atmosphere and respect from the staff, the hotel location is also wonderful in terms of the sea, supermarkets, streets to go out. i was very happy to get such a nice service for this hotel.

Aloe Apartments is in an excellent location, just 50m from the beach, and surrounded with restaurants and shops. An excellent service with the guests made our stay a pleasant experience.

The manager Lefteri was very friendly, helpful & had good local knowledge. The hotel was close to the shops, beach & other tourist attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Rethimno, Crete.

The location and the good value for money service.

value for money, parking available, helpful proprietor. Nicely located for a stroll into the main town and easy access to the beach and all amenities.

The apartment is very close to restaurants and also the bus stop for the new hop on Hop off city tour. Lefteris, the manager, was very helpful. Emailed with his phone number before we arrived in case we needed assistance with transfers and then took us to the bus station when we departed. The apartment was well equipped and had a big balcony.

Good quality accommodation in a prime location. The major plus however, was the exceptional manager - Lefteris. He was always happy to assist with any questions or problems.

Feedback is important, we chose this place on the basis of all the positive things that had been said about it. We can repeat all the nice words about this hotel. Spotlessly clean, excellently located, spacious room(very important even if you don't sit around the house all day!!!) and balcony with a nice sea view, friendly, patient and helpful owner, who is interested in his guests. We really felt being taken care of, like at home from the very first until the the last moment of our stay. Lefteris is the excellent manager of his business/hotel and we wish him good luck with his job he is perfectly cut for! Thank you, we can only recommend Aloe Apts and hope to return some day..

The owner kindly phoned us the day of our arrival to know our expected arrival time, informing us that he would have been out for a couple of hours, and leaving our keys in order to enter the room. Breakfast was not included in our room rate, but he offered us breakfast for free (and very abundant). Free parking place just next to the hotel. Location 50 mt from the seaside. Clean, well-equipped and beautiful rooms.
